Business Hours

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

Monday - Friday 9:00am - 11:30am & 5:00 - 7:00pm. Saturday 9:00am - 11am. Closed Sunday & holidays

 

Vaccinations
  • Rabies, DHPP & Bordetella must be current for a minimum of 14 days prior to check-in

  • Vaccines must be administered by a licensed veterinarian

  • Records must be in English

  • Self-administered vaccines, puppy books & handwritten records WILL NOT be accepted

Fees & Payment
  • Boarding: $30/night/guest + Special Service Fees

  • Three-night minimum and a $18 holiday fee per guest for stays over major holidays

  • Non-refundable 50% deposit balance due day before check in

  • Check-out is 11:30am. Pick-ups after checkout are charged an additional full day’s boarding fee

  • No refunds for early returns

  • Active-duty military/veteran: 10% discount. Proof of military service required

Special Service Fees
  • Medication/Vitamins ($7/day)

  • Basic first aid ($7+/administration)

  • 4c food/day ($5/day)

  • Food preparation ($5/day)

  • Nuisance grooming ($20+)

  • Vet care ($50 transportation + services rendered)

  • Collar and/or leash ($10+)

  • Emergency before/after-hours drop off ($80)

 

Health, Wellness & Safety
  • Dogs must be leashed with an appropriately fitted collar during drop-off & pick-up. Pets that arrive without the required collar/leash will be provided one at the pet owner’s expense

  • Injuries, illnesses, medical conditions and food, animal and/or people aggression must be disclosed

  • We have the right to refuse dogs that show aggression or illness at check in

  • RLK will NOT release a guest to anyone other than the animal’s owner

  • To maintain a sanitary environment, bedding and toys are not allowed

  • Food/treats must be in non-breakable, resealable containers (i.e. no glass, grocery/trash bags) & labeled

  • Medication/vitamins must be in the original packaging and labeled with clear instructions

  • We will act on the pet owner's behalf and in the pet's best interest to obtain vet care to treat any illness/injury that occurs while the pet is in our care

  • RLK will groom, at the owner’s expense, any animal for situations such as excessive shedding, long nails, dirty ears, hot spots, and body odor
